Fred started building in 2006, it took 6 years to get it on the road. First year was focused frame and suspension and then the engine.
Paint? It is painted.

Being an ex-Ohio Gasser Drag Racer, it was difficult for Fred to not build another Hilborn injected 301”, but decided on building a blueprinted 385” stroker motor with a “Mutha Thumper” Comp Cam,
Keith Black Pistons, Eagle crank and all the best go fast parts. Backed up by a B & M 2,400 RPM Stall converter and a Close Ratio 200R4 Automatic, power is put down by a 4.10, 8.8 Ford rear diff, with Ford Posi.

It has been reported that there is a pile of parts being assembled in Fred's garage that include a set of Aluminum Heads, Diamond 7:1 Blower pistons for a 385” motor and someone saw a 6-71 Blower disassembled on the bench.
One never knows what direction a gear head will turn, eh!

Word on the street is that this whole project started when Fred's wife told him to take a "Cab" home...
