The 2016 BLCC car show is fast approaching and I assume we will need another meeting the following week or two after. If you know someone in the club who is unable to get email or has been inadvertently been missed on the email list ,please let them know what is going on.
At the meeting we will have Pete give a brief treasurers report and Ken update us on our swag sales and website and blog.
I have a list of jobs we typically need to take care of ,this list is based on a lists composed last year. Some of the positions have been filled by volunteers already and we can have them give a quick report of how they are doing with that task at the meeting. If we need to add anything else to the list we can discuss it at the meeting.

Please continue to solicit sponsors for door prizes. We would should properly aknowledge these sponsors via our website and blog,facebook or via posters and banners that we may be able to borrow and display at our show. We should also plan ahead and have someone volunteer to thank our sponsors individually through "thank you cards" etc.
We created this website to show off our rides, keep ourselves informed and stay in touch between meetings.
